If you are interested in teaching Holacracy or implementing Holacracy for clients, here are the steps to joining the licensing program:

1. Take the Practitioner Certification Training (PCT). 

OR get a lot of practice. 

2. Get some practice. 

3. Take the Coach Training (CT). Or just practice.  

Prerequisite 1: Certified Holacracy Practitioner credential. (Take the Holacracy Practitioner Assessment here. It's free and takes 1 hour.) 

Prerequisite 2: Completion of the Practitioner Certification Training (PCT) or equivalent experience. 

4. Get Certified. Take the Facilitation Assessment to get certified at Facilitator or Coach level. It is free for graduates of the Coach Training (CT). 

Prerequisites: None.

5. Join the licensing Program.
