The Agent program is designed for individual consultants who would like to help teach or implement Holacracy occasionally. It requires the consultant to hold the Certified Holacracy Facilitator credential (or higher). If there are several members of a consulting firm, they may also each get an Agent license. The Agent program is free to join and requires 15% licensing fees to be paid on Holacracy-related revenue.

The Provider program is designed for firms that are offering Holacracy-related services frequently or full time. It requires a larger investment up front (usually $10,000), though the fees are slightly lower and scale down over time (They start at 12.5% and scale down). That requires one member in the company to hold the Certified Holacracy Coach credential.
